    We are currently living in an unprecedented time of our lives. Blazer is taking as many steps as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic to keep our customers, employees and partners as safe as possible during this time, while still delivering the products and services that our customers know and love.

    Our Knox Westfield store will be temporarily closed from Thursday 6th August for a six-week period in support of the stage 4 restrictions recently announced by the Victorian government. 

    CUSTOMERS

    The safety and wellbeing of our customers is of utmost importance to Blazer. By strictly following guidelines that are in line with local, state and federal government and the World Health Organization, we have been able to safely and successfully despatch our Blazer orders to our customers.  

     

    EMPLOYEES

    Our Blazer family of employees is the heart and soul of our company. Without the health and safety being of utmost importance for our own people and partners, Blazer would not be able to operate. So, what are we doing to keep our Blazer family as safe as possible without disrupting our operations? 

    BLAZER HQ

    • We implemented social distancing rules and strict hygiene requirements extremely early on
    • We proactively issued mandatory "Work from Home" action in early March, which means majority of our HQ staff are successfully working from home.
    • Our Warehouse staff abide by strict social distancing rules
    • Increased our daily cleaning to include more frequent disinfecting of surfaces
    • Our delivery partners follow a strict no-contact pick up and delivery process 

     

    BLAZER STORE

    Our Knox Westfield store is open. To keep our staff and customers safe, we:

    • Implement social distancing rules and strict hygiene requirements throughout the store in areas of browsing, purchasing and trying on clothing
    • Offer and encourage the use of hand sanitisers throughout the store
    • Increased our daily cleaning to include more frequent disinfecting of surfaces

    Whilst we have made improvements to our hygienic standards and protocols we would like to reinforce the following guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff:​

    • Let’s practice social distancing… Please maintain 1.5m distance between others at all times.​
    • We ask you to kindly sanitise your hands on entry.​
    • Our preferred payment method is via card.​
    • We will ensure that frequently high-touched areas and surfaces are frequently cleaned.​

    Our online store is always open and you can shop with us 24/7 from the comfort of your own home.
