How to measure
Ensure the tape measure is place underneath your arms across the broadest part of the chest and back.
Place the tape measure around the neck just under the Adam’s Apple, allowing a space for two fingers to fit between the tape measure and the neck.
Bend your elbow at 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Start the tape measure at the base of your neck in the middle of you back and run it to your shoulder, then to your elbow and down to your wrist. The total length is the measurement.

How to measure
Measure around the waist, where you would normally wear your pants, allowing a little room for comfort.
Measure down from the crotch to the hem. It’s easier to do this on a pair of pants that already fit you well.
