    How to measure:

    CHEST:
    The chest measurement is taken 2-3cm below your armpits. Measure around the body at the broadest part of the chest for a full chest measurement.

    NECK:
    Measure around the neck just under the Adam’s Apple, allowing a space for two fingers to fit between the tape measure and the neck.

    SHIRT SLEEVE:
    Measure from the centre of the base of your neck (where your shirt collar would sit), over your shoulder and straight out to your wrist.

    When using a shirt that fits well for reference: Start at the centre of the back of the collar, run the measuring tape to the top shoulder seam and then straight down the sleeve to the edge of the cuff.

    BLAZER JACKET SLEEVE:
    Measure from to top of your shoulder along the outside of your arm down to your wrist

    WAIST:
    To find your waist measurement, measure the circumference around the body approximately 5-6cm below the naval

    INSIDE LEG:
    Measure the inside leg from the crotch to the hem of the pant leg. It’s easiest to use a pair of pants that already fits you well as a reference.
